Projek Perumahan Penjawat Awam (PPAM DALUR)

PPAM Dalur is one of PPAM development for phase 2. PPAM is a government scheme that provides public dwellings for the government officers. 

It is one of the many government approaches in providing the idea of comfort and sustainability in dwelling developments for the community of Putrajaya.

Situated within the premise of Putrajaya, PPAM Dalur consist of 500 units within the 2.51 acre land of Precinct 18, Putrajaya.

The project completed with Vacant Possession in June 2023.
