PROPERTIES AND DEVELOPMENT

TRC Land Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated in 1997. To-date the Company has successfully completed and sold over one thousand residentials and commercial properties in Selangor, Negeri Sembilan and Johor.

TRC Land Sdn. Bhd. previous and completed projects are as follow:- 

1) Impian Senibong Residences – Phase 2
• 232 units of both high-rise, low-rise and 11 units of double storey apartments.
• Located at Permas Jaya, Johor
• Completed in November 2016

2) Taman Ukay Tropika
• 83 units of three storey superlink houses
• Located at Ulu Kelang, Selangor
• Completed in August 2014

3) Bukit Kemuning Industrial Lots
• 8 units of semi-detached factories
• Located at Bukit Kemuning, Shah Alam, Selangor
• Completed in October 2011

4) TRC Business Centre
• 24 units of offices and shop lots with a 4 storey car-parks.
• Located at Ulu Kelang, Selangor
• Completed in July 2009

5) Idaman & Impian Senibong (Phase 1)
• The Project comprised of 4 blocks consisting of 708 units of 11 storey apartments .
• Located at Permas Jaya, Johor.
• Completed in 2005

6) Taman Waja
• 69 units of low-cost apartments and 180 units of medium cost apartments
• Located at Kuala Pilah, Negeri Sembilan
• Completed in March 2006

7) Taman Andaman Ukay
• 105 units of double-storey terrace houses and 16 units of double-storey semi-detached houses
• Located at Ulu Kelang, Selangor
• Completed in July 2004
